A flat rate of $10 will be added to all orders within the United States and reflected at checkout for all jewelry items. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service. Chasen Jade Jewelry provides complimentary shipping on all orders over $300.00 USD.

We will not be responsible for inaccurate shipping information entered at checkout, inaccurate shipping method, any delay caused in transit, and any delivery issues once the item has been marked as “Delivered”. Shipping is considered a separate service, therefore if jewelry is sent back for any reason, shipping will not be refunded.

Each Chasen Jade Jewelry piece is hand made, therefore please allow 10 days for shipping once order is confirmed, unless noted on any individual product page. Should there be any delays in shipping due to unique materials not being available, a care representative will contact you immediately. If a rush is needed on your order, please email us with your order number and your specific needs and we will get back to you.

Chasen Jade Jewelry offers international shipping for a flat rate of $50.00.
