Upon receipt of your message, we will contact you to begin the design process. Whether through email, or a virtual appointment, Chasen will work with you to focus on the specific design details for your custom piece, including budget, any special gemstones needed, metal preferences, necklace length or bracelet size, color scheme, or any specific healing properties you would like represented in the design. Receipt date of your piece will also be discussed. If you are unsure of the exact details within the design you wish to customize, rest assured, Chasen will guide you through suggestions based on your initial design consultation and who you are designing for.

After the design consultation with Chasen and based on the availability of the materials needed, you will receive a photo of the concept to approve before the final piece is put together. Any revisions, questions, or other needs can be discussed with the designer and one round of design revisions will be offered. Any additional rounds of the design process could potentially result in an additional charge but will be discussed upfront. Once the design is approved and production is complete, your custom piece is cleansed under the moonlight to enhance the natural properties of the stones used.
